The ex changer was so rusted it would not hold water. The holes were so big it was sucking air here instead of the port at the end making black soot. Carbon monoxide can get into your house this way.

The builder of this house was nice enough to put up a light. The jerk put it behind stuff. It doesn't make any light. Inspectors should have ssid something.
