There are a lot of things that can go bad in a gas furnace. This one will not light. The ignitor was good. I had to trace 24v back through the system to find out which switch was not doing its job. Resolved this problem by fixing the pressure switch. Without 24v from the switch the next step of power  to the gas valve will not happen. You need a service technician to find the problem.

The furnace would start its normal cycle but never made it to the ignitor. The pressure switch was bad. I had one on the truck and just like that it was fixed. This part has a rubber diaphragm in it that sticks when its old.
