Why your futnace smells when it comes on

This is the main cause of smell air from you system. Old houses with dusty duct work will smell to. A dirty coil will stick when the heat comes on and cooks the dirt. A dirty coil will smell when the air conditioner comes on and gets the dirt wet. Keep your coil clean by changing the filter. It is expensive to have your coil cleaned. We don't clean ducts.
