My Troy Bilt riding mower was loosing speed. It started out ok then wouldn't go up a hill . Then got slower and slower. The engine was running well but it wouldn't roll. I replaced the 2 drive belts and tightened the tension bar. Be sure to adjust the tension bar or the breaks will not stop you. I replaced the blade while I was at it. 21 3/8 blades.
