1985 furnace

1985 furnace under the house . Crawl is wet. Ley it die time to get a new one this one is not safe to turn on.

No power to ac system bad board

Tough one to find call for service. Every thing in the air handler has 240v don't touch it. I don't even like working on them. For you I will.

Air conditioner won't even try to start

I found that this a/c over heated. The compressor shut down. I washed the air conditioner and cooled the compressor off. It came on but the pressure was to high. Freon had to be reclaimed. It looks like someone tried to add freon in the winter and the expansions valve stuck. It cools great but as soon as winter gets here that valve may show bad .
