Water leaks into house when a/c is on

Water leaking from the coil into the dan pan. It has been leaking so long the pan also rusted and leaks. You emergency drain pan should not have water in it unless yoh have a problem. Water draining over a window or door is bad. This coil was so rusted it fell a part when it was touched. The pan rusted threw and water ran into the kitchen ceiling. It took a long time for this. They should have fixed it when the water was coming from the drain over the window. Now they have to repair the ceiling to. Insurance will not pay this because they new they had a problem.
