Can't fix it if it's locked

This a/c has a lock on the service port. I don't have a key to every kind of lock. They need to stop making different locks

 for replacement.  This coil is to rusty to fix. Replace it. There is a sealant that might slow down the loss of Refrigerant but you are only buying time and it might not work.
