I recommend you find the leak and determine if its repairable or time
for replacement. This coil is to rusty to fix. Replace it. There is a sealant that might slow down the loss of Refrigerant but you are only buying time and it might not work.
Air conditioner low on Freon, R22 is no longer made. You will pay a lot to fill. Do something to keep it in there.
