Acid saved this air conditioner

This ac was to dirty to hose off only. Acid got it clean enough to run. It was to hot with high pressure. It pulled to many amps. The owners would have had to buy a new one in about a week if this had been left alone.

Bad location

This air handler is in the crawl. It was in the center of the house. There was no way to get to it without crawling over ducts. The door to the filter was taped on. It had a washable filter in it. No renter will ever cone under here to change it. It was such a bad spot I don't want to go back. This should never have been put here.

Aaac service heating and air conditioner repair near Mcdonough. This furnace had a wall built around it. They didn't leave room to work on it. This board and motor will never come out. The room doesn't have a fresh air vent. You can't just add walls around a furnace or water heater.
