Sorry no monkey but now I know what gets people to my blog.
Air conditioner won't start? Check the power if its on you need to call for service. If the breaker is tripped turn it on. A power surge may have tripped it. If it does not reset do not force it you will damage something. Call for service. If you a/c is humming and won't spin turn off the power to the unit you have a short. Air conditioners have 240v do not try to take it apart.

| The air conditioner runs ok early morning but high noon its stops cooling. The line is not frozen inside fan is on. This was not a Freon problem for once. The air conditioner is overheating and the compressor shuts down. Air conditioner won't even try to start

| I found that this a/c over heated. The compressor shut down. I washed the air conditioner and cooled the compressor off. It came on but the pressure was to high. Freon had to be reclaimed. It looks like someone tried to add freon in the winter and the expansions valve stuck. It cools great but as soon as winter gets here that valve may show bad . |
