| New home owners paid for a home inspection before they bought. He missed this. The supply duct comes out of the metal coil. |
Air conditioner over heated
 |
| A near by tree did this. The fuzzy stuff blocked the a/c coil. Keep your sir conditioner clean. No pressure washing use a hose and/or chemicals no ammonia. |
